Hard Rock Hotel collapse site in New Orleans

Live look at the site of the Hard Rock Hotel construction collapse in New Orleans, La. Heavy rain and strong winds are moving into the area Friday. Engineers in New Orleans brought down a pair of unstable construction cranes in a series of controlled explosions before they could topple onto nearby historic buildings.
