Contemplating the Four Thoughts The Four Thoughts That Turn the Mind are the foundation of the practice of Dharma and common to all Buddhist traditions. Through repeated contemplation of the Four Thoughts, we can change our deeply ingrained thought patterns, transforming our everyday experiences into a vehicle for true happiness. This class will focus on how to contemplate the Four Thoughts both on and off the cushion through a combination of effortful and effortless meditation.
