My First Airbnb experience in Fairview Trees Residences.

Trees residences is a low rise condominium unit developed by SMDC found in the heart of Novaliches along Fairview. It is surrounded by three big malls, SM, Robinson and Ayala Fairview Terraces all of which is just right across each other.

Condo unit is 2BR, 30sqm. Maximum of 6 guests only.


You need to get a coupon to be able to swim in the swimming pool and a coupon costs P150/P300(for holidays). Only a max of 4 guests are allowed to buy these coupons.

P1750/night paid by credit/debit card.
