A beautiful back-bend that will open the front of the bodt stimulating both the Stomach and Spleen meridians and compress into the lumbar spine stimulating the Kidneys and Bladder meridians. Variations given for all levels of ability. If you are pregnant take care with how much compression you bring to the stomach maybe take the first variation, and the same if you have lower back injury.
