" Final point, number 11 of the 11. Remember I sent from the start of this video. Think about what you do for a living, think about how much you get paid or what you earn for an hour. And now point 11, is it worth it to you based on what you earn to do it yourself? Is it more cost effective to have a property
manager do it? For example, if you workout let's say a hundred bucks or a hundred and fifty bucks a month divide it by 30 days, divide it by the 24 hours that you're on call you're talking 20 or 30 cents an hour. That's what it cost for a property manager, compared to your earnings per hour which might be 20 bucks, might be 50 bucks, might be a hundred bucks. So ask yourself a question, is it really worth your time and money to have the stress, the heartache and the problems to save a few bucks a month. Point number 11, is it really cost effective to you? And once you do that equation and you sit down and scrunch those numbers. I'm sure you'll find with a reasonable price professional property managers get paid to manage rental properties.Thank you for listening."
