Now making 171 watts on only 11 gallons per minute (0.7 liters per second)

Inefficiencies include:
pelton runner geometry (too small for efficient water interaction)
windage from wind and water
fan-losses
seal friction
bearing friction
rectifier voltage loss
long wire loss (but at high voltage thisn isn't as much of an issue)
large discrepancy betwene turbine voltage and battery voltage
