Windvane Self Steering in action

A servo pendulum system pulls a line that is attached to the steering wheel or tiller. In order to steer over the boat’s main rudder to bring the boat back on course. The servo pendulum system has a wind sensor, the pendulum includes a blade or paddle. This blade swing from side to side in the water, like a pendulum, directed by its wind vane sensor. As the boat falls off course, the wind angle changes and the vane is pushed over.
