World of Warships - Is Blyskawica worth it?

Another ship which I don't play often but ppl do ask me often to play it. Blyskawica is the Polish tier 7 premium DD. It's got a lot of guns and fast rld torps. It's a pretty good DD and the situation I found myself in, in this match was pretty crazy.
