Lebanese protesters clash with cops outside ex-PM’s office amid concern that he could be reappointed

Anti-govt protesters clashed with riot police outside Lebanon's parliament on Sunday as they attempted to make their way to the office of former Prime Minister Saad Hariri.

The demonstrators were protesting against an announcement that Hariri, who resigned on October 29 under fire from protesters, could be reappointed to his former role.
