I had a few people ask about traps so here on some shrug variations that I like to do. I'll make a separate video on other exercises but shrugs alone can get you massive traps so I want to make sure everyone has a good foundation.
I would say one of the biggest keys to getting your traps to respond is going heavy enough where you can really overload them but still be able to contract your traps and not just bounce weight around.
