I want to say that I believe the hair and objects found in the palette need to be addressed by Jeffree or Shane asap and that the beauty bay issues are separate. I know for a fact Jeffree is working hard to try and work it out with his team to make sure other people are not receiving this level of customer service from bb. It's sad that this is going on.
