Take some bowl or cup or glass. Read from sura No 2,chapter no 255 then blow on water, do that 7 times. Then take rope and by saying bismillah make a knot till will make 7 of them. Then put first knot in water while is in water say dua:Ya Rabbi, Ya Rabbi! My beloved Allah please have mercy on me and when I untie this knot now, You forever untie and forever destroy and cancel all the magic that have ever been done to me in any way, anywhere and in anything. Amin! Then say bismillah and untie first knot. Same with rest of thwm till end. Then put rope in water and read on water again 7x chapter 255 from sura no 2.After read each of them blow on water.
