When she's not in the classroom teaching as an Assistant Professor of Flute for the WVU School of Music, you can likely find Nina Assimakopoulos partaking in a multitude of outdoor recreational activities that Morgantown and the state of West Virginia have to offer.

Even after spending time traveling the world as an internationally acclaimed flutist, Nina finds just as much enjoyment within her daily life as a Morgantown resident.
