Once the ball is caught in the post it is important to have patience and pivot to face up to the basket. Once the pivot and face up is made then crab dribble towards the mid line (middle of the key area) then spin back for a finish. Add this to your post presence and you (Players) or your post players (Coaches) will be hard to guard in the post.
