Hope this helps everyone a little bit at least on seeing the special several times in a row to get a feel for it. The slow motion on the video for the special 2 is actually a little deceiving as it does not looks like I am sliding back. The fast version is actually better which is unusual because slowing specials down is often a good thing to work them out. Basically, you got to keep one eye on Venom and once you see him jump you got to be sliding back at the exact same time, if you mistime it at all he is going to put a beating on you. One thing I really like to do on that special 2 is when I push him to two bars of power I make sure only to do a 4 hit combo. That gives me just a little bit of extra time to prepare myself.

I would suggest finding a duel target at first and when you feel more confident head into Act 4 the main boss Venom. Take a team in with you and practice against him. The Venom in Act 4 is much like a Venom you would find in war. Highly aggressive, fast and basically tears you apart if he hits you.
