Hey yall! Just uploading my first YouTube video to help catalog my weight loss experience! It will help me stay on track and also have memories to look back on. I have been doing alternate day fasting in 36 hour intervals followed with Keto meal days. I did Keto for about two months before i started doing the alternate day fasting as well. I do the best i can with what i am able to get. Im sure some of you will find flaws with these food choices but its all good, i feel great and have been steadily losing weight!
