Flying and traveling can take a heavy toll on your body and eating more while you travel can be a way to explore but through many trials and error, we have formulated this list of easy peasy ways to stay healthy and energized when on the road:

1. Stay Hydrated
2. Apply Non Cooking Method - Keep soya milk, protein bars, nuts & seed, fruits and other healthy food with you while travelling.
3. Don't stick to one sitting position for longer period of time else do some body movements.
4. Eat roasted food items.
