At rural (gaon or Villake either gramam and kirama ) life in our country India, it is essential work to arrange and provide food in daily activities as shown in this video, the fish protein rich food would be prepare after slicing by “Boti”(old type sharp cutter) and cleaning before being cooked.

There are three types of small fish is cleaning here and they are known in our state and country in different name as- chuno morula bata chara pona Kachki Mola etc.
