Snow Shovel Bow Drill, Only Exposing Spindle's Tips, Plastic Bearing Block, Oak Shavings Bird's Nest

I had already thrown this snow shovel in the back of the pickup truck to take to the dump. Yesterday, it got rained on all day. Today, I've got different plans for it. Let's repurpose it into a Bow Drill Friction Fire Set.
It'll be fun! I figured the oak looking wood would be dry on the inside; and, It was. Not wanting to struggle with whittling a very hard oak, I decided to just expose the tips of the spindle and maybe split out the fireboard too... that is if the grain cooperates. I figured the broken plastic handle
would make a great bearing block too. I also wanted to show you again the best way to make a shavings tinder bundle go to flames.
