President Museveni has pledged to turn Kabamba Military Academy into a fully-fledged Military University that will unite African countries in the region of defence and security. According to the President, the Military University will award degrees to qualified soldiers and equip with specialised military skills ranging from intelligence gathering and modern warfare.
