Pet Peeve: There's two pilots in a flight deck not one!

It annoys me so much when other crew members/ground crew/passengers come up to the flight deck and only say hello to the Captain and ignore the First Officer completely! Please be respectful to all of the crew members.

Also, there is no major difference between a Captain and First Officer. Both of them are pilots who are fully trained to fly an aircraft. It's a rank difference and the Captain has the final authority to make a decision.
