Bee frames breaking apart. Stacking on nuc onto a flowhive

Round 2. I tried to pull the frames and dump all the bees into new hive. The old frames just broke apart. I ended stopping until I could get help. A friend gave me the Idea to set it on top the next day. Can you spot the mistake I made.
