National Wages Council releases latest annual guidelines

The National Wages Council (NWC) released its latest guidelines on May 30. It has highlighted the role of training workers for companies to be more productive and keep paying higher wages. The guidelines apply to all PMETs and rank-and-file employees, including re-employed staff, in both the public and private sectors.
