Truth should take you about 2 hours to do and requires no PvP at all. Here's how to do it. Bring some Tinctures. To start: Do the Menagerie, you'll get the quest after completion.
Go to Petra and do an Ascendant Challenge.
Collect the 4 map fragments from the following locations: Bay of Drowned Wishes (Ascendance needed), The Mindbender's Boss Room in Jetsam of Saturn, Complete a Nightfall, The Cistern on Nessus (Ascendance needed).
Complete the 4 challenges: kill 100 Hive on the Tangled Shore, do 3 Nightfalls with -100 handicap and get 60 rocket kills, 50 rocket launcher kills on Nessus while Ascendant, complete a Corsair Down badge.
Then, go to Warden of Nothing and collect 5 objects to open the Ascendant plates at the end. After you get 5, kill the final boss, pop a tincture, jump over the edge and take the platforms to the right.
