Here it is: This ORGANIC Lasagna is absolutely to die for! The best part is the filling doubles as a Pasta sauce which is ideal for meal prep! This is something that the whole Family will enjoy! and is perfect for those cold winter nights and it definitely will not break the budget.

What you will need:
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Red Onion - Diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves - Minced
- 1 Large Carrot - Grated
- 1 Zucchini - Grated
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 x400g Can Diced tomatoes
- 2 x 400g Can Lentils
- 1 Cup Vegan Stock
- Fresh Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- 12 Lasagna Sheets (Vegan Friendly of course)

For the Sauce:
- 3 Tbsp Vegan Butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 350 mL Plant based Milk
- 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast


Don't forget to put it in the over covered will foil for 40 Minutes after putting it together.
