Middle East and Northern Africa Comprehensive Cleft Care Conference

In March of this year, we hosted the first-ever Middle East North African Regional Comprehensive Cleft Care Conference (MENARC4) in Amman, Jordan. The conference included 169 medical professionals and students representing 27 countries. Key attendees included dignitaries from the Ministry of Health in Jordan, Private Hospital's Association and the University of Jordan. The goal of the conference was to increase local engagement and awareness of our work in the country and it concluded with a medical mission that provided cleft surgery to almost 100 children and adults. The MENARC4 and mission were made possible by the Argyros Family Foundation and the Vonnie Wray Initiative. Thanks to our medical volunteers, individual donors, corporate partners and government representatives our impact in the Middle East will be strengthened for years to come.
