What is Passive Income? Can Real Estate really help military members achieve passive income?

Is passive income possible? YES. Is it possible while you are Active Duty in the military? YES! Is the process of achieving that "passive income" . . . passive? NO!

Here is the ultimate question . . . What is passive income and why is it so enticing?

Essentially, passive income is income you don't have to trade your TIME for. Why is this important? Because time is the only resource that is non-replenishable in our lives. We can never gain time back. Therefore, striving for passive income is a very noble pursuit as long as you understand that it might take a significant amount of work to establish assets that will generate that income passively (or as close to passively as possible . . .)

Bottom line: Real Estate Investing is not a "get rich quick" scheme, however, it is a way to get extremely wealthy if you are disciplined and motivated. Moreover, it is a way to earn passive income while you are growing your wealth simultaneously. Now that's truly exciting.
