Batman fell out of meta recently in Arena of Valor because of other junglers, for example Kriknak, doing basically what he does but better. However Batman support is still a very nice soloqueue pick because it allows you to truly abuse the chaos in ranked and force a lot of action in the enemy jungle to which most players simply cannot react correctly and end up faltering under the pressure and feeding you tons of kills. With the level 2 enchantment he becomes even greater of a force to be reckoned with since Batman is one of the best lvl 2 heroes in the entire game. Batman at level two provides a longrange slow, a stun and a ton of damage paired with it, which basically makes you able to invade all the enemy buffs whenever you please.
