This is one of my yeses for today. 1m x100. You jump can do these anywhere. The great thing about this program is that you can do it no matter where you are. I did these after a day of flying to the Philippines. The exercises are so easy that there is no reason not to do them. The fear of exercising disappears.
You do 6 things a day. You get a yes when you do one, so you are aiming for 6 yeses a day.
4 exercises = 4 yeses. Each one is simple and burns 50 calories.
Eat 1 piece of fruit = 1 yes
Put some of your food back = 1 yes.
You will lose weight, but even if you don't, you will be exercising more, eating fruit, and eating less. Try it.
