Troy Townsend, the head of development at Kick It Out, has said he was not surprised by the alleged racist incident involving a fan at the Tottenham - Chelsea match. He called on football to get to grips with racism after Antonio Rudiger reported that he was targeted by the crowd.
“I’m absolutely gutted that our black players are continuing to be targeted,” he said.
