I should've flipped the corn stick pans over part way through, then it would've browned right. Also, I said one teaspoon of honey when I meant to say one teaspoon of salt.

The Recipe:
2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups corn meal
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 Cups buttermilk
3/4 honey
Mix dry ingredients well, add liquids and stir into smooth batter. Pour batter into a greased skillet, muffin pan or corn stick pan and bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
