With the Pavogel mold you can make ice cream pops on a stick.

The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose section (integrated with the mold) is hinged. The two parts that connect at the hinge fit together by projections in one part and holes in the other.


The hinge makes it both easy and hygienic to get out the ice cream: easy because the entire ice cream--with the stick--can be lifted straight out, and hygienic because you take out the ice cream by the stick and keep it away from your fingers.


Step-by-step use of the Pavogel mould
Fill the Pavogel cavities with the (unfrozen) ice cream.
Insert each stick in its slot.
Smooth out the ice cream.
Stick in a blast chiller and freeze for 90 minutes.
Open the hinged compartment and take out the ice cream by the stick.

Volume each cavity 1.2 oz (35ml).


Overall size of mold 4-1/4 inch x 7-1/2 inch x 7/8 inch high (108mm x 190mm x 23mm high).

Each wooden stick 3/8 inch x 2-15/16 inch (10mm x 75mm).

Durable but pliable silicone built to handle -40 to 536 Fahrenheit (-40 to 280 Celsius)
