One person in critical condition after wrong-way driver hits three vehicles in North Richland Hills

A wrong-way driver left three vehicles damaged and closed eastbound Loop 820 in North Richland Hills for several hours early Thanksgiving Day morning.

Lanes were still closed as of 7:25 a.m., according to WFAA-TV (Channel 8).

The crash occurred about 5:15 a.m. at eastbound Loop 820 near Holiday Lane. A black Chevy Tahoe entered the Boulevard 26 exit ramp and drove into oncoming traffic, hitting two dark-colored SUVs and a light-colored car.
