New Year's Intention-Setting Meditation

This is a 25-minute ritual meditation that I channeled with ajoite, an elestial quartz, and a Lemurian seed crystal, to help you build energy + plant intentions for a successful new year.

It's based on an event I used to lead annually in New York City, where we'd gather together as a community, and work with the magic of visualization and crystal energy to plant heart-based intentions in our subconscious.

What you need: A quartz crystal, and a list of 3 intentions you'd like to set and manifest in 2020. They can be for yourself, your family, or the world.
