Mirror Technique - Shift Your Consciousness Fast

Self worth is a major piece of the pie. It is often called self love, myself having done this too; but I always find it easier to come at it from this direction. It makes more sense to me. Maybe it will for you too. Loving self is consciousness shifting, it is becoming the thing you desire to be/have. This is an amazing and powerful technique to help change that.
