This breakfast meal is loaded with nutrition and is so freaking yum. It’s a filling breakfast, and the ultimate keto fast-food. It’s super low-carb because there are no tortillas to mess with.

Ingredients:
Olive oil- 1tbsp
Butter- 10Gm
Garlic 4 cloves
1 Green chillli
Capsicum 1oz
1/2 cup French beans
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup zucchini
1 cup cabbage
Salt & Italian seasoning to taste
4 eggs
2 cheese slices

STEP 1: SAUTE VEGETABLES : In a pan, add oil and butter and saute all vegetables. Cover for 7 minutes to make them tender and then add salt and Italian seasoning to taste.

Step 2: QUICK CHEESE OMELETTE : Beat 4 eggs and add salt to taste. Grease a pan and gently pour half of the beaten eggs. Flip and add cheese slice and fold. Repeat the same procedure for second omelette.

Serve with some nuts so as to make it more filling and healthy!

*You can of course substitute with some oil, butter, or other type of grease that you prefer. Just be sure to account for it when tracking your food.
