India will soon become a permanent member of UN Security Council, I am very confident: S Jaishankar

Replying to a question in Rajya Sabha, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said India was on the right path to becoming a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council and that 'Neighbourhood First' was among the topmost priorities.
