Imagine if we put mental health first in a flexible work place | Finlay Games | TEDxOpenUniversity Mental health issues are increasing, meaning more people are taking time off work. Managing mental health is complicated and trying to stay employed while doing so can be an impossible task.

Currently, people with mental health issues are viewed as needing to be fixed to fit back into society, however, rather than attempt to fix people to fit society, imagine if we instead fix society to fit people’s needs.
