Former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy arrived in Mangaluru to inspect the law and order situation and offer condolenes to deceased in Mangaluru police firing during the anti-CAA protests.
He met with District-in-charge Minister of Dakshina Kannada Kota Srinivas Poojary who briefed him about the situation at the Mangaluru airport.
He then met with deceased's families in Kudroli and offered condolences.
Speaking to the media, HD Kumarswamy questioned whether RSS workers disguised themselves as police and opened fire at the public. He urged for immediate action against such police officers.
HD Kumarswamy slammed BS Yediyurappa over police action against the protesters and called Home Minister Bommai as unfit .
