Seslie Robinson knows how hard it is for people to have access to blankets and food in and around Getty Square in Yonkers. She knows, because she was once living on the streets. Now, she's helping other people get through the winter through her organization, "Sparkling, Inc.," which is part of the Thomas H. Slater Center. Her group, along with Kia`s Kitchen, collaborate to ensure the homeless in Yonkers and parts of New York City are taken care of.
