Nice sunny day, don't use your phone whilst driving. The only reason I was riding on the road, quite legally, was to film you using your phone. I actually love that cycle lane and use it all the time to avoid drivers like yourself. I also strongly recommend that you don't submit a privacy complaint. Google PX63UAT (and perhaps also the Streisand Effect) for why.
