HOW TO PLAY?
Get a hoop or if you can arrange a long string/rope etc that would be much better. the teacher is holding flashcards ( if you are teaching sentences or words) and walking around the classroom. Go to the first student, show him/her a flashcard, let him/her say it ( or simply ask any daily talk question). Answer accordingly and join the train. Keep chanting the sentence structure or question like what do you have/want/see? go to the next student, he/she does the same and join. Keep doing until all the students get on the train.
IF YOU HAVE A LARGE CLASS ??
If you have kids more then 15, then make have two trains local teacher (LT and Foreign teacher (FT) trains. Both the trains should walk parallel if you have enough space, if not then the other train should wait. Girls should join LT's train and boys should join FT's train.
