Zantac Cancer Lawsuits

The Zantac cancer lawsuits allege Sanofi and Boehringer Ingelheim who made and sold Zantac concealed the cancer risk from Zantac because in contained NDMA, a known carcinogen that may have caused many people to get cancer.

What is the backstory? The purpose of Zantac is to help patients how have heartburn, sour stomach, acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), or other GI issues. By all accounts, it works for this purpose.

But it was recently discovered that Zantac contains dangerously high levels of the cancer causing chemical NDMA. Thousands of Zantac lawsuits are expected to be filed over the next few years.
