Reconstructing the Peacock Dress [Teaser]

Reconstructing the Peacock Dress [Teaser] For the last 14 years, Cathy Hay has had it in her head to reconstruct what is possibly one of Worth's most elaborate gowns: the 1902 Peacock Dress. Why? It's now been 10 years since the reconstruction process began. Despite numerous setbacks, there is a new Cunning Plan afoot--and the dress is, at long last, on the road to completion.
