INGREDIENTS
90g flour
20g butter
100ml milk
4/5 apples
salt
1 tbsp baking powder
METHOD1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into very thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Whisk the eggs with sugar, butter, flour, milk and baking powder!
3. Add the apples to the dough and mix them well and gently so as not to break them.4. Transfer apple mixture into baking form and bake at 180°C/370°F for about 40minutes. 5.Sprinkle with powdered sugar
