Central Government's Atal Pension Yojana, a pension scheme for workers in the unorganised sector, is proving to be a boon for people. It is a periodic contribution based pension plan for workers in the age group of 18 to 40 years. This plan promises them a fixed payout of 1,000 to 5,000 rupees after they attain an age of 60.
