Over the years, I have been put on a host of medications to try and help reduce my symptoms from the chronic Inflammation, but to no avail, I only got worse. I was craving foods like sugar, simple carbs, and dairy, I was also low on energy (putting it politely,) I was gaining weight rapidly, my joints were stiff as a board ,every morning and every night, I would run low grade fevers and not one doc go explain why,. The answer I always got was, "you are inflamed it comes with Fibro".... No further explanation was explained to me. There I was dangling on a tight rope not sure which way to turn.
So I decided to delve more into my symptoms and do some research. What I learned shocked me, and actually frightened me. I knew that I needed to take action, so I implemented what I learned and WHA-LA no more inflammation, no more pain, I have more energy, I sleep better, I overall, finally feel free from the beast of inflammation.
I thought I would share what I have learned, causes chronic inflammation, the signs and symptoms to look for, as well as a step by step guide to how I started reducing my symptoms. If you can relate to these symptoms, drop me a comment below with "I can relate"
