Selling Points = Feature + Benefit. Feature is the specification of your product or service. Benefit is what the customer will get.

For example, this IPhone has a lithium Battery, you could use for 24 hours without a charger. Feature is "lithium Battery" and Benefit is "you could use for 24 hours without a charger."

In your presentation, you need to have at least 3 Selling Points in order to convince your customer with your product or service. By this way, you will be more happy and you will make more sales.
