Pasta Grannies discover big ravioli called 'tortelli maremmani'

Tortelli maremmani are large ravioli, and are typical of the Maremma region of south west Tuscany. The village of Grilli holds a yearly celebration of this pasta, raising funds for charity at the same time. Mara and her friends are on the cooking team for this festival and here they are, showing us how to make them.
