- Create users online (or synchronize with On-Premise Active Directory) and link them with existing users in Dynamics.
- Move all Customizations and records to the new environment.
- Re-develop reports to support Dynamics 365 Online.
- Perform smoke testing of the migrated organization.
- Perform final cut off (usually during the weekend) to upload to the target system delta amount of data.
